1953 Russian Izhevsk SKS.This is first year production at the Izhevsk arsenal that only produced SKS for two years '53 and '54. Metal finish around 90%. Matching bolt is "in the black", bayonet is in "the white". Non Chromed Bore is very good condition bright with strong rifling. All stamped parts are matching, stock is not numbered. Light colored wood is in excellent condition with 3 minor finish blemishes. Comes with correct sling, cleaning rod and cleaning kit in buttstock. This rifle is in excellent condition, and in collectors condition. |
